Office lithotomy positioning

Office lithotomy, simplified.

A reusable, padded boot-style leg-support system designed for compatible exam-table stirrup extensions in office procedure rooms. Request a table-model fit review before purchase. Use only per the current instructions for use by trained personnel.

  • · Supports the foot and lower leg within a padded boot-style shell.
  • · Designed to mount to compatible swing-out exam-table stirrup extensions using supplied wedge and securement components.
  • · Designed for compatible office procedure-room configurations in urology, gynecology, urogynecology and fertility/REI, subject to the released IFU.

How it works

Three steps. Released IFU only. No incorrect power-table footrest depiction.

Mount

Position the boot over the swing-out heel-cup or foot extension of a compatible exam-table stirrup.

Secure

Fit the supplied wedge around either side of the heel-cup or extension for a snug fit per the released method.

Confirm

Verify configuration against the current IFU. If your table or extension is not on the approved compatibility list, request a fit review.

Compatibility

Approved configurations only. Unknown or unresolved models route to a fit review — never to an implied fit.

Status: Compatibility matrix pending release. Until the approved compatibility record is published, we do not assert fit with any specific exam table, heel-cup or stirrup extension.

If your table or extension is not listed on the approved matrix: submit a fit-review request with the table manufacturer and model. Our team will respond with the current compatibility status or a path to a substantiated review.
